ShopNova offers a 10-day easy return policy on most products. Simply go to My Orders → select the item → click Return. Our pickup agent will collect the item from your doorstep within 2 business days. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Don't worry! This happens due to a temporary payment gateway delay. The amount will automatically be refunded to your account within 5–7 business days. If the order shows in your orders list, the payment went through successfully. If you don't see the order after 30 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction ID.

You can cancel an order before it is shipped by going to My Orders and clicking the Cancel button. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — you'll need to use the return option after delivery. Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

On the checkout page, you'll see a "Apply Coupon" field. Enter your code and click Apply. Valid coupons will show the discount amount instantly. You can find all your available coupons in My Account → Coupons & Offers. Only one coupon can be applied per order.
